Businesses hope voters overturn 117-year-old liquor sale ban ordinance in North Side neighborhood

In one small pocket of the North Side, businesses are banned from having a liquor license. There is now an effort in the upcoming election to change the ordinance, which has been on the books for more than 100 years.
