Business owners ask city of Richmond to address drainage after flooding

Bethany and Jason Freeman, owners of Prosigns on Big Hill Avenue, said the flooding caused them to lose tens of thousands of dollars in inventory and left nearly $20,000 in damage to their building during a city commission meeting on Tuesday.
