Bulgaria, North Macedonia meet to boost ties, ease strains

The governments of Bulgaria and North Macedonia have held a joint session to improve relations. The two countries have been locked in a historic row and ties were further strained after Bulgaria blocked its Balkan neighbor’s bid to join the European Union.
