Budget 2026: PTPTN loans to be converted to scholarships based on e-Kasih data

KUALA LUMPUR: National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) loans for students from poor and hardcore poor families, identified through e-Kasih data, who are pursuing studies at public higher education institutions (IPTAs), will be converted into scholarships beginning next year.
