There are horrific scenes coming out of Nepal and southern Tibet - where powerful flash flooding has ripped through communities - destroying homes and roads and killing more than 160 people. Nepali authorities say 34 Australians are among the more than 400 international tourists missing in this disaster. Then we'll hear some fighting words from the former treasury boss Ken Henry about WA's attempts to keep its GST deal intact. He's call the deal stupid and criticised the Premier's response, after Roger Cook called the Productivity Commission 'east-coast clowns'.
