Bombay HC Upholds Will Excluding Wife, Sons, Says

The Bombay High Court upheld a 2004 Will leaving a man’s estate to his nephew despite his advanced prostate cancer and paralysis. The court held that physical illness alone does not prove lack of testamentary capacity. It also rejected his sons’ claims of forgery, noting that witnesses confirmed he understood and voluntarily signed the Will.
