BNP, Jamaat, govt involved in Hadi murder: Brother

Dhaka, June 3: The brother of slain Bangladeshi youth leader Sharif Osman Hadi has accused members of the ruling Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), the opposition Jamaat-e-Islami and advisers of the former interim government of conspiring in his murder. Hadi, a prominent figure in the 2024 student-led protests that led to the fall of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, was shot during election campaigning in Dhaka on December 12 last year.
