Black Lives Matter Cubes removed from Carolina Union remain in storage

Students spray-painted the names of racial violence victims on large wooden displays outside of the Carolina Union in the summer of 2020 during the Black Lives Matter movement. The cubes were memorialized on display in the Student Union from 2020-24, but were removed in 2024 and remain in storage.
