Belgian court to start new Rwandan genocide trial

The trial of Emmanuel Nkunduwimye is to start on April 8 in Belgium, 30 years after the Rwandan genocide against the Tutsis started. The accused was a close friend of Georges Rutaganda, one of the first people convicted by the UN’s International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR).
