Austrian telecom sector adds EUR 6.9 billion to economy in 2018

The telecommunication sector in Austria contributed directly or indirectly to gross economic value of EUR 6.9 billion in 2018, according to a study carried out by the Economica Institute and commissioned by the Austria regulator RTR. The sector also contributed to 79,380 jobs.
