Aug 29: Heavy departure traffic at Woodlands Checkpoint, tailback seen from Malaysia

[UPDATE] The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority said in an update at 11.30am on Saturday (Aug 29) that the traffic tailback from Malaysia has subsided. Checks by AsiaOne on the Land Transport Authority's traffic cameras at 12.45pm show that traffic along the Causeway appears to be smooth.However, traffic was observed along Woodlands Crossing and Woodlands Flyover, towards Woodlands Checkpoint.
