At 12.6% of population, Kampar has M'sia’s highest proportion of residents over 65, says LPPKN

IPOH: Kampar has the highest proportion of senior citizens in Malaysia, with 12.6% of its population aged 65 and above in 2025, according to theNational Population and Family Development Board (LPPKN).
