Armenian businessman targets Georgian banking

Armenian financial group Arins Group, associated with businessman Karen Safaryan, has reached an agreement to acquire Georgia’s Terabank and the five-star Biltmore Tbilisi hotel, expanding its presence into the Georgian market.
