Arco Vara's Bulgarian arm Arco Invest agrees 9 mln euro sale of local office building

Arco Invest, a Bulgarian subsidiary of Estonian real estate group Arco Vara, signed a preliminary contract to dispose of a mixed-use building in Bulgaria's capital Sofia for 9.1 million euro ($9.35 million) as it shifts its focus towards residential developments, the parent company said on Wednesday.
