ANALYSTS questioned the need for the Senate’s proposed Reinvigorate Investment and Sustainable Economic Growth (RISE) ad hoc committee, saying its mandate overlaps with existing bodies that already handle economic policy, investment, taxation, trade, infrastructure and public finance.
