After 50 years of climate change talk (and little action), Biden plan would ruin economy

On June 16, 1972, the first United Nations conference on the environment was held in Stockholm, and “climate change” was mentioned. In 1975, economist William Nordhouse expressed an intuition that temperatures rising more than 2° Celsius above pre-industrial (1850-1900) levels would take the climate outside of the range of observations which had been made over the last several hundred thousand years.
