Accused of disappearances, Devananda calls for those responsible to face the law

The former Sri Lankan minister Douglas Devananda, whose paramilitary EPDP stands accused of carrying out abductions and enforced disappearances across the Jaffna peninsula, has called for anyone responsible for enforced disappearances to be identified and brought before the law regardless of their political affiliation or position.
