8 years after juvenile raped and murdered 60-year-old woman, he is convicted

According to the prosecution, the woman had been living on a footpath in Delhi for over 15 years. While she was being raped, the eyewitness to the incident, a security guard, had tried to intervene and even raised an alarm, but was threatened by the then juvenile with a weapon.
