11-year-old boy dies of bullet wound following "gun play"

An 11-year-old boy who was taken to hospital with a gunshot injury last month in Rotterdam has died, police said on Friday. The boy was found in a house in the Charlois area on February 16 when neighbours came running after hearing a loud bang, local broadcaster Rijnmond reported.
